Business Crime Reduction

Business Crime Reduction Partnership update

Ioni is working with the national body of Business Crime Reduction Partnerships in order to work towards achieving the status of an accredited partnership. The BCRP accreditation process is based on a set of standards owned by the National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) and include good management practices and procedures such as membership agreements, data security and compliance with current legislation. It includes having robust information for members and partner organisations that is up to date as well as making it easily accessible 24/7. For some BCRPs, the standards will include the use of CCTV and radio links with members.

Social Media help for your business

Sam is Love Loughborough's Digital Engagement and Marketing Officer and is now working for Loughborough BID 3 days a week.

If you are looking for help or tips to improve social media for your business, need website advice or would like to have an online shop on our website then please get in touch with Sam who can come and visit you.

Recycling Duty of Care forms

If you are on our free recycling scheme you will need to complete a new duty of care form for the year 2023-2024. This is a legally required document that will be sent to Serco on completion.

Loyalbase

Loyalbase is new free benefit for all Love Loughborough businesses. Each business that joins the LoyalFree app has a LoyalBase, stored in their online dashboard. A LoyalBase shows each business which customers have interacted with their profile. Each time a customer collects a loyalty stamp, claims a deal or visits along a trail on the LoyalFree app, they join the LoyalBase of that business.
